Product introduction
YFPP-2001 flame retardant masterbatch is specially designed for PP, PE, TPV and other polyolefins by our company Halogen free intumescent flame retardant with nitrogen as the main flame retardant element (the system does not contain APP); it mainly plays a flame retardant role based on the mechanism of carbonization and intumescent flame retardant. It is not limited by RoHS and reach laws and regulations; it has the characteristics of high flame retardant efficiency, good thermal stability, no precipitation, good water resistance, light aging resistance and low smoke. The flame retardant of yfnp-2001 flame retardant PP can reach UL 94 V-0 (0.8mm), It also passed 70 ºC * 168 hour immersion test (ul746c), and passed gwit900 ºC and gwfi 960 ºC glow wire test; Yfnp-2001 can also be applied to glass fiber reinforced PP, reaching UL 94 V-0 (0.8mm).
