Product Description

YFPP-500T is a high-efficiency flame-retardant masterbatch filled with PP and calcium carbonate. It is mainly used in homopolymerization or homo-blending systems. The main material is made of phosphorus, nitrogen and bromine composite as the main flame retardant components, and the PP raw material is used as the carrier to be granulated. The flame-retardant mechanism is extinguished by rapidly dropping and taking away heat. The product complies with EU ROHS, Reach, PAHs, 2005/84/EC and other environmental protection standards, and has high flame retardancy and good compatibility for PP resin.

 

Features:

Calcium carbonate can be added to fill about 30% to achieve self-extinguishing from the fire. When the filling exceeds 30%, the amount of flame retardant masterbatch needs to be increased accordingly.
