YFPA-1001 is a flame retardant masterbatch based on organic hypophosphonate. It is also suitable for reinforced or non reinforced nylon 66 / 6. It has high thermal stability, can be matched with high color, and has lower corrosion and mold scale compared with op1312 / 1314; Good mechanical properties,It can also meet GWIT 775 ºC, gwfi 960 ºC and CTI 600V; It can be directly injection molded after mixing with glass fiber reinforcement, which can maintain the physical properties of products to the greatest extent, and comply with ROHS, reach and other regulations.

Productapplication:
The product is an environment-friendly halogen-free high-efficiency flame retardant masterbatch, which can be used for flame retardant of nylon 6, nylon 66, pet, PBT, TPEE, PPE, adhesive and silicone resin, and also for flame retardant of nylon 6 monofilament, film and bellows.

Recommended dosage:
1,Generally, 18-25% is added to PA6 and 15-22% is added to PA66, reaching flame retardant UL94 V-0.Reference example: PA66 / PA6 + 25 + 30gf%: 0.8mmv-0 dosage 22-24%; 1.6mmv-0 dosage 20-22%
2,Note: whether it is extrusion granulation or direct mixed injection molding, the resin / reinforcement must maintain a low moisture content; When using twin-screw granulation, the screw combination with weak shear should be used, combined with low processing temperature and high vacuum.
3,Processing conditions: feed section temperature       200~230ºC
