YF-403 is an additive halogen-free flame-retardant masterbatch, using high-quality resin as a carrier, using high-purity and high-efficiency flame retardants, nano synergists and other additives, and processed through a special process. It has excellent thermal stability and light stability, no frost and no precipitation. This product fully complies with the latest EU environmental protection standards (REACH). The products are mainly used in PET spinning, film blowing, extrusion, injection molding, etc.

 

Features: High thermal stability, good flexibility and good surface gloss. Good mechanical properties (good compatibility with PET resin), almost similar to pure resin in all aspects, does not affect the dyeability of the fiber, and has minimal impact on the mechanical properties of polymer materials. The elongation of the fiber is 500- at 110°C. 600%. Excellent heat aging resistance, the test temperature of the electric clamp for spinning products is greater than 350.
