product introduction:
YF-1002 is a flame retardant masterbatch based on organic hypophosphonate, which is suitable for PBT and pet. It has high thermal stability, is suitable for modification, extrusion and injection molding, and has good mechanical properties. It can also meet GWIT 775 ºC, GWFI 960 ºC and CTI 600V; It can maintain the physical properties of products to the greatest extent and comply with ROHS, reach and other regulations.

product usage:
The product is an environment-friendly halogen-free and efficient flame retardant masterbatch, which can be used for flame retardant of PBT, PET, adhesive and silicone resin.

Recommended dosage:
Generally, 8-22% is added to reach flame retardant UL94 V-0.

Note: whether it is extrusion granulation or direct mixed injection molding, the resin / reinforcement must maintain a low moisture content; When using twin-screw granulation, the screw combination with weak shear should be used, combined with low processing temperature and high vacuum.

Packaging, storage and transportation:
25kg / bag, paper plastic composite bag. It shall be stored and transported as general chemicals. Please place it in a dry and ventilated place to avoid moisture and heating.
