YFPP-500M is a highly effective flame retardant masterbatch suitable for copolymerization or blending pp. it is granulated with phosphorus, nitrogen and bromine as the main flame retardant components and PP raw materials as the carrier. The flame retardant mechanism is to extinguish by dropping rapidly and taking away heat. The product complies with EU ROHS, reach, PAHs, 2005 / 84 / EC and other environmental protection standards. It has high flame retardancy and good compatibility for PP resin.

  Features: talc powder and barium sulfate can be added for filling, which is also self extinguishing, but the amount of flame retardant masterbatch needs to be increased accordingly. This product is widely used in bellows, hollow plates, automotive interior plastic parts, decorative plates, electroplating tanks, injection molded parts, extruded plates, blown films, cast films, etc. The total bromine content of the product produced by this formula is between 400-600ppm.

3, Recommended dosage
The product meets the UL94 / 1.6mmv2 standard, self-extinguishes when leaving the fire, and the reference dosage is 8-10%. The total bromine content of the product produced by this formula is between 400-600ppm.

4, Packaging, storage and transportation
25kg paper plastic bag, transported as general chemicals, stored in a dry and cool place, moisture-proof and avoid direct sunlight.
