YF-500 is a high-efficiency flame retardant suitable for PP copolymerization or homo-blending PP. It is made of phosphorus, nitrogen and bromine as the main flame retardant elements through physical compounding and polymer activation coating treatment. This product is widely used in corrugated pipes, hollow boards, building templates, automotive interior plastic parts, decorative boards, electroplating tanks, injection molded parts, extruded sheets, blown films, cast films, etc. The total bromine content of the products produced by this formula is between 400-600PPM.

 

Features: 1. The product has good stability, excellent dispersion performance, excellent mechanical properties, high flame retardant efficiency, small addition amount, high whiteness, does not affect the color of the product, strong UV resistance, and does not precipitate. 2. It belongs to the dripping flame retardant. The flame retardant mechanism is to extinguish through rapid dripping and take away heat.

3. The product meets the environmental protection standards of EU ROHS, Reach, PAHs and 2005/84/EC, and has high flame retardancy and good compatibility for PP resin.

4. Talc powder and barium sulfate can be added for filling, which is also self-extinguishing from the fire, but the amount of flame retardant added needs to be increased accordingly.
