YFPP-300D is a PP flame-retardant masterbatch with extremely low halogen requirements. It is made of phosphorus, nitrogen, and bromine systems as the main flame-retardant elements and PP raw materials as a carrier. The flame-retardant mechanism is extinguished by rapidly dropping and taking away heat. The product complies with EU ROHS, Reach, PAHs, 2005/84/EC and other environmental protection standards, and has high flame retardancy and good compatibility for PP resin. After adding, the product can reach the low halogen standard of less than 300PPM, and it has a very high cost performance.

 

Features:

Ultra-low halogen, low addition, high flame retardancy, used for pure homopolymer PP, adding 4%, it will be extinguished after the fire, low density of flame retardant products, low smoke emission and easy processing. It can be filled with talcum powder and barium sulfate, which is also self-extinguishing from the fire, but the amount of flame-retardant masterbatch needs to be increased accordingly.
